Hot Girl Potato Salad

If this potato salad was a person, she'd have a medicine cabinet full of Summer Fridays, drink Mezcal margaritas, and have perfectly tousled beach waves. She's an icon, she's a legend, she is the moment.

Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
2 pounds baby gold potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/4 cup chopped tarragon
1/2 cup minced celery
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Add potatoes to a large pot and cover with 2 inches of cold water. Place pan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Season with 1 teaspoon salt, reduce heat to medium, and simmer until potatoes are fork-tender, roughly 20 minutes. Drain potatoes and transfer potatoes to a bowl to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, add sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, tarragon, and celery to a mixing bowl, and mix until well combined.
Halve smaller potatoes and quarter larger potatoes. Add to the sour cream mixture and toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
